Howdy! ๐
About HooRead
Hooread's purpose is to help you learn languages the fun way, through stories! ๐
According to the current research, it's no secret that the best way to learn a language is : ๐งช[1]
1. Learning in context (not just memorizing words) ๐
2. Having an interest in the content (not only the language) ๐ค
3. Consuming content that's at your current level. โ๏ธ
Knowing more than one language opens your mind to different worlds! ๐คฏ Understand different ways of thinking, get exposure to different cultures, improve your brain function, find greater job opportunities!
My name is Tristan and I'm a Canadian! ๐จ๐ฆ Did you know that only 18% of Canadians are bilingual in our official languages of Fench & English?
My passion is helping people learn languages because it expands opportunities and world views, that's why I created this website! ๐ค
My goal is to upload fun and interesting stories for every level of language learner! Remember to save words to study with your personalized flashcards! ๐บ
